This policy explains how Florida United Numismatists, Inc. ("FUN") handles personal information in the FUN Member Hub at funmember.app.
Information we collect
- Membership and application details: name, address, email, phone, membership number and type, and, for junior members, guardian details.
- Dealer and bourse details: company name, table requests, and booth assignments.
- Payment records: amount, date, item, status, and the reference numbers from our payment processors (PayPal and Intuit QuickBooks).
Payment card and bank information
FUN never receives or stores full card numbers, security codes, or bank account numbers. You enter these directly into fields run by PayPal or Intuit, and they go straight to those processors under their own privacy and security policies.
How we use information
- To run memberships, renewals, conventions, and dealer bourse applications.
- To create invoices and record payments in FUN's QuickBooks accounting system.
- To send receipts, renewal reminders, and other messages about your membership or application.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: payment processors (PayPal, Intuit), our accounting system (QuickBooks), email delivery, and hosting. We also share it when the law requires.
Security and retention
Access is limited to authorized FUN staff. Financial records are kept as long as accounting and nonprofit record-keeping rules require. See our Trust & Security page for details.
