These terms govern your use of the FUN Member Hub at funmember.app, operated by Florida United Numismatists, Inc. ("FUN"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and accuracy
You agree to give accurate information and to keep your sign-in details private. Staff accounts are for authorized FUN personnel only.
Memberships and applications
Membership is subject to FUN's By-Laws. Bourse and dealer table reservations are not confirmed until FUN accepts the application and receives full payment. Paying does not by itself guarantee acceptance or a particular table assignment.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal or Intuit QuickBooks Payments under their own terms. Invoices issued through QuickBooks are official FUN invoices. Refunds follow FUN policy and the terms of the processor used.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, FUN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
